FacileParaphe is an online electronic signature service published by Les Films d'Antoine (hereinafter "the Publisher"). These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the service by any user (hereinafter "the User").
Use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
FacileParaphe allows the User to submit PDF documents for electronic signature by one or more signers. The service includes:
The electronic signature produced by FacileParaphe constitutes a simple electronic signature within the meaning of the European eIDAS Regulation (EU Regulation n° 910/2014). It is admissible as evidence in the event of a dispute, subject to the sovereign assessment of the competent courts.
The User acknowledges that FacileParaphe is not a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) within the meaning of eIDAS, and that the service does not produce an advanced or qualified electronic signature.
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. Authentication is performed via a magic link sent by email, with no password. The User is responsible for keeping their access confidential.
Use of the service requires the purchase of credits. Each document sent for signature consumes one (1) credit. A welcome credit is offered upon account creation.
Credits are sold in packs with no expiry date. Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes on the Pricing page. The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without retroactive effect on credits already purchased.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (United States). Bank details do not pass through the Publisher's servers.
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical malfunction attributable to the service. Any refund request must be sent to infos@lesfilmsdantoine.com within 14 days of purchase.
The User agrees to use the service lawfully and not to submit illegal documents for signature. The User is solely responsible for the content of the documents transmitted and the identity of the signers designated.
The Publisher undertakes to provide the service with the reasonable care of a professional provider. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of business related to the use of the service.
The Publisher's liability is in any event limited to the amount of credits purchased by the User in the twelve months preceding the incident.
The Publisher strives to ensure service availability 24/7, without any contractual availability guarantee. Interruptions for maintenance may occur.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
