Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

As part of providing the service, we collect the following data:

Bank details (card number, etc.) never pass through our servers — they are processed directly by Stripe Inc.

3. Retention period

  • Account data: duration of the account + 3 years after the last login.
  • Documents and audit logs: 5 years from the date of signature (civil prescription period).
  • Payment data: retained by Stripe according to their own policy (Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant).

4. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors, with whom data processing agreements are in place:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — application hosting;
  • Neon Inc. (United States, EU-hosted data) — PostgreSQL database;
  • Cloudflare Inc. (United States) — file storage (R2);
  • Stripe Inc. (United States) — payment processing;
  • Resend Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery.

Transfers to third countries (outside the EU/EEA) are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: obtain a copy of your data;
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data;
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations);
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format;
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.

For unresolved complaints, you may contact the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

FacileParaphe uses a single session cookie (facileparaphe-session) strictly necessary for authentication. This cookie is httpOnly, secure, and contains no personal data in plain text.

No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Security

Stored files are encrypted at rest (AES-256). Communications are encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords do not exist — authentication is passwordless.
